Manager/Senior Manager (Head of Industrial Enginineering)

Job Description Job Requirement
Lead a team engineers and responsible for the overall Industrial Engineering activities in Wuxi factory which includes,
1. Set up and maintain Industrial Engineering system, methods and tools standardization.
2. Drive productivity improvement projects in Personnel, Capital and Material efficiency.
3. Coordinate factory level headcount & investment planning.
4. Perform factory and workcell layout planning and facility work execution.
5. Perform factory and workcell layout planning and facility work execution.

1. Degree/Master in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing science
2.Minimum 10 years experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Lean Manufacturing in semiconductor or electronic Industry
3. 3 -5 years experience in a management level with track record in Personal productivity and Equipment efficiency improvement.
4. Expert and hand-on experiences in Industrial engineering methods and practices.
5. Good knowledge in advanced IE methods for productivity enhancement. Eg. OEE/IEE/Scheduling/Simulation/Lean Manufacturing.
6. Fluent in English & Chinese.
7. Highly passionate, able to inspire and coordinate cross-functional improvement team.
