职位描述
1. Responsible for concept work, design of mechanical components of automatic off-highway transmissions for local market-needs
2. Technical interface with customers on new projects;
3. Competitor benchmarking;
4. Liaison with transmission engineering departments of Dana Off-Highway transmission technical centers globally;
5. Support to test lab: test specification, fixtures, setup, audits, reporting;
6. Technical support for suppliers: technical reviews, ISIR, …;
7. Cooperating with OEMs and consultation to service centers for trouble shooting;
8. Understanding of local codes and practices for transmission components and materials, providing assessment and recommendation when required;




任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
2. Having been working in field of development of transmissions for more than 5 years, familiar with the commonly used design tools and simulation tools for transmission design (ProE, ABAQUS, ROMAX, KISSOFT, KISSYS)
3. Experience with industry of construction/mining/material-handling machines or their transmissions is preferred;
4. Good knowledge of transmission components and their manufacturing processed including gears, shafts and cases, as well as torque converters.
5. Fluent in English language, oral and written;
6. Proficient computer skills using Microsoft MS-office, Notes, …
