RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Build material planning based on the sales order & sales forecast;
2.Ensure the material flow efficiency of the plant.
3.Be responsible for material plan, release weekly material forecast to supplier base on master forecast.
4.Issue the purchase order in ERP system and release to suppliers and chase the delivery performance.
5.Monitor the stock data in the ERP system and physical inventory.
6.Optimize the material control flow according to the manage requirement.
7.Assist material manager with inventory management to ensure the production efficiency.
8.Supplier Package improvement study to meet the production line daily usage.
9.Coordinate with purchase department on the supplier's management and and OTD performance improve.
10.Finish other assignments as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
1.College degree and above will be preferred.
2.Candidates with good experience in planning function in a similar Manufacturing environment can also be considered.
3.3+ years working experience of production planning in foreign venture
4.Good English speaking and writing ability.
5.Good computer ability
6.Good communication skill
7.Strong ability of solving problem
8.Strong sense of duty
9.Strong team spirit and be capable to take pressure
10.Familiar with ERP
11.Knowledge of Kanban/JIT will be preferred
