RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Draft and update incoming inspection WI according to technical standard and drawing;
2.Review and judge daily incoming inspection report;
3.Issue MDR report, transport and follow the whole process;
4.Determine priorities and schedules sequence of jobs to daily incoming inspection;
5.Complete and issue report of inspection of FA, PPAP and ISIR;
6.Collect inspection data to support quality metrics reports and analysis;
7.Take part in the analysis of nonconforming products, supports teams get root cause and corrective/preventive actions;
8.Determine processing needs to insure gauges, fixtures, tooling and methods are provided to meet inspection requirements;
9.Interprets the quality standards/specifications to quality control methods, including measuring equipments and methods;
10.Ensures preventive maintenance for inspection equipments is performed according to schedule;
Carry out annually analysis of measurement system
11.Be responsible for gauge manage, such as form and manage master list, maintenance, calibration routine, repair and purchase of spare parts;
12.Manage and direct incoming inspector to complete daily work;
13.Ensure effective training of work force;
14.Carry out continuous improvement of incoming procedure and measurement method.
15.Other tasks assigned by Quality manager

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor degree or above in Industrial/Quality/Manufacturing Engineering or related area ;
2.Minimum 4 years experience as a QA Engineer ;
3.Familiar with quality tools, such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 7 basic quality tools;
4.Self-motivated and cooperative, good interpersonal skills ;
5.CET-4. Fluency spoken and written skills in English;
6.Computer literacy.
