工作内容：
1. Evaluate potential new and current suppliers from an overall business perspective through participation as the Team Leader in a commodity team supplier review.
2. Recommend supplier selections and removal.
3. Assist supplier in new process development –FMEA, CP, PPAP, tec
4. Conduct detailed supplier manufacturing audits, quality audits, heat-treat audits and corrective action follow up reviews
5. Monitor overall supplier business health and communicate any risks to the Supply Chain Management Group.
6. Drive and assist with supplier continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean & DMAIC methodology
7. Monitor and ensure the deployment quality and process requirement throughout the supploer network, including both Dana and customer ones.
8. Participate in APQP program activities and ensure successful supplier participation in the program launch process. Ensure timely resolution and verify effectiveness of all supplier related corrective actions on launch issues.
9. Lead on-site improvement team to address supply issues as required.
10. Drive systems thinking and process orientation throughout the supply base
11. Drive to reduce current supplier PPMs to 0 PPM target.
12. Drive to improve current supplier ”Delivery – on – time” to 100% target
13. Monitor and report supplier improvement metrics.
工作资格：
1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent degree in the regions in a technical discipline – Engineering, quality and metallurgy
2. Solid background in related industry and job background.
3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills in foundry defect analysis.
4. Certificates or equivalent certification in the region as either a CQE or CQA or certifications as an ISO/QS/TS auditor preferred.
5. Must have experience in dealing with OEM casting subject matter experts.
6. Must be a team player that solicits diverse ideas and viewpoints and possess strong facilitation, teaching and coaching skills.
7. Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally
8. Good computer management skills with process mapping and documentation skills preferred.
