Job Description

- Establishes departmental goals, directs the department toward achiev-ing the goals, and reports the progress to General Manager
- Effectively manages the human resources of the department to ensure the workload is adequately distributed so that all production schedules and customer requirements are met
- Responsible for improving productivity and production cost-down.
- Be responsible for working out, implementing and controlling produc-tion budget.

- Feedback product quality to QA and try to improve ASAP ad reducing production scrap rate
- Investigates and promotes all continuous improvement activities within the company.

- Production manager works with sales, planning department to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Production manager is responsible for the work in process that meets the customer demands, while maintaining inventory levels that meet company goals and objectives.

- Implement SAP management

- Training all the operators in the workshop and pushing them to im-prove their skills
- Evaluates the skills needed by department members and ensures the appropriate resources are made available to the individual member.

- Be responsible for Environment Management within their departments
- Environment aspects identification and controlling
- Comply with the legal requirements and standards.

- Keep General Manager informed about any problems seen or fore-seen within the department and /or company
- Perform any other normal business activities assigned by your supe-rior in or out of the scope of the position description.


工作资格：
Bachelor degree or above with machine or equivalent experience minimum of ten years in manufacturing field and five years of management experience team organization.
