Responsibilities:
- Set cost controlling targets and formulate implementation measures;
- Coordinate all departments to define requirements of product cost controlling;
- Execute product cost controlling process as per Headquarter and Business Unit request;
- Support month end and year end closing;
- Lead and develop team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting;
- Good leadership and communication skill;
- At least 3 years experience in cost controlling management position within a multinational company,
automotive products experience is preferred;
- Solid finance/accounting knowledge, good understanding of business process;
- Proficiency in MS office and ERP system, SAP CO practice is a plus;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
