岗位要求：

1. 二年以上客服工作经验；熟悉客服日常工作。

2. 熟练运用office办公软件，有WMS、TMS等物流系统操作经验。

3. 沟通佳、有较强上进心，做事细致。

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司运输业务跟踪，异常事故和突发事件的处理、反馈。

2. 负责业务操作中各环节单据的整理；及时处理WMS/TMS系统中的相关单据和维护相关信息。

3. 负责商业中心展厅客户的投诉和意见受理，协助市场部门做好公司业务管理。
