岗位要求：

1. 熟悉物流行业，三年以上陆地运输工作经验。

2. 具有丰富的冷链物流实际操作经验，熟悉并能整合冷链物流的相关资源。

3. 有WMS/TMS物流系统操作经验。

4. 良好的沟通力、计划性和执行力，较强的上进心，并能承受一定压力。

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司陆地运输业务的开拓。

2. 负责整合公司发展过程中对运输资源的需求。

3. 负责对供应商的考核和风险控制管理。

4. 及时处理供应商与公司在合作过程中的突发和异常情况。
