Responsibilities:
？ Completed tests: Executing pilot tests (mixing, milling) based on instructions from process engineers and / or manager. Checking quality of (semi finished) product during different processing steps by visual inspection and by physical and analytical measurements. Measuring and recording process conditions (a.o. temperature, pressure, power, and flow). Drawing conclusions and determination of adequate follow up tests in consultation with process engineers / manager.
完成测试：在MST经理或者工艺工程师的指导下进行小型测试（混合，研磨）。在不同的工艺步骤对产品（半成品）的质量进行视觉外观检测以及物理性和分析性测量。测量并记录工艺条件（温度，压力，功率和流量）。在与工艺工程师/经理商议后决定所需要跟进的测试。
？ Set up / Installation test equipment: Setting up test equipment and / or installations and executing tests. Experimental set up will be instructed by process engineer and / or manager.
装配/安装测试仪器：装配/安装测试仪器并进行测试。实验调整将在工艺工程师或者经理的指导下完成。
？ Reports: Recording test results according work instructions / procedures (a.o. forms, graphs, tables). Summarizing and interpreting test results. Capable to do reporting (by spoken word and in writing) in English language.
报告：根据工作指导书/规程记录试验结果（表格，图标）。汇总并说明试验结果。能够应用英语做报告（口头英语和书面英语）。
？ Recommendations to improve processing of paint formulations: Providing recommendations how to adapt formulations to improve processing based on observations and measurements.
改进油漆工艺流程的建议：在观察和测量的基础上提出改进工艺的建议。
？ Upkeep work place: Keeping the own work place including all equipment safe, well maintained and clean. Performing all necessary activities to upkeep and maintain the work place. Signal in case there are deviations that require repair, calibrations or other maintenance to ensure safety and quality.
工作场合的维护：保持包括设备在内的工作场所安全，良好保养以及清洁。执行必要的工作场所的维护和保养。当需要维修，校验以及其他保养来保证安全及质量时应及时提出。
Requirements:
？Diploma holder or above
本科以上学历
？It's a preference to have experience as technician in paint technology related R&D, Process Lab or Production unit.
具有油漆行业研发,工艺流程实验室及生产装置技术员经验者优先考虑。
？Capable to communicate in word and writing in English language.
能够应用英语进行语言和书面沟通。
？Excellent working attitude, engaged, accurate, to the point and proactive.
乐于从事实践工作。
？Strong preference for doing practical work. Basic knowledge to work with PC and applications (spreadsheets, text documents) to do reporting
具有电脑应用软件基本知识，并能应用此类软件（电子数据表，文本文档）完成报告。
