Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
？Work closely with HSE department to ensure compliance to State and Local legislation related & Ensure compliance to (Sub)BU directives and policies and standard with regard to.
？Setup SOP for RMP warehousing operation and activities.
？Responsible RPM pre-batching to support production, and raw material receipt including bulk material unloading.
？Developing warehouse operators both in operation skill and SAP knowledge and ensure they are capable to deal daily warehousing operation.
？To manage the inventory and carry out regular physical counting.
？To ensure 100% accuracy of all stock (Physical stock with SAP stock) in F/G warehouse.
？To assist logistics manager on warehouse layout and storage plan to ensure high utilization of storage room.
？Responsible for management of warehousing facilities and ensure they are operational status.
Requirements:
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
？College or bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
？At least 5 years experience in warehouse/chemical operation fields, dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation) will be preferred.
？Ability to work across functionally and build partnership relationships internally and externally.
？A good knowledge of the chemical industry conditions would be a strong advantage.
？Ability to communicate with various levels effectively within the organization.
？Good knowledge and skill of using SAP in logistics management.
？Good command of both spoken and written English
