GENERAL SUMMARY:

The SQA Engineer conduct the audit to evaluate the process compliance & effectiveness, monitor project quality to identify project risk and quality trend, report the findings to SQA manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Project QA Rep –40%

·Work effectively with project managers and project team members to ensure the project team follow the process

·Develop project quality plan together with project manager

·Participant in the project meetings to understand the project status

·Review typical project work products to evaluate the quality

·Generate weekly project tracking report and release to project manager

·Report the project findings to SQA manager

·Develop project quality report at each milestone

·Conduct QA Release

·Collect process improvement suggestions and lessons learnt from project team

2.Audit–20%

·Conduct effective audit based on Bleum quality processes and security processes

·Generate NCs and follow-up to close

·Coach part-time auditors on the process and audit skill

3.Metrics Analyzer–20%

·Collect metrics from various inputs

·Conduct metrics analysis and generate metrics baseline report

4.Process Improvement–20%

·Generate process checklist, templates and guidelines in the guidance of senior SQA

·Conduct basic process training

主要职责：

1.项目质量跟踪和审计：

·负责推动项目开发过程规范/项目管理规范的有效执行；

·对项目开发与项目管理过程进行检查与审计，发现偏差并给出合理改进建议；

·为每个项目制订项目质量计划，并负责计划的实施；

· 负责对质量管理各项测量指标的数据分析与报告。

2.过程改进：

参与组织级的流程进行改进，以符合CMMI5 以及公司商业目标的要求。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities

·Good understanding of quality systems

·Skill in auditing

·Knowledge of CMM/CMMI

·Knowledge on various Software life cycle

·Knowledge of PMBOK is preferred

·Excellent communication skills

2) Experience:

• Have 1+ year experience in software engineering area as developer, tester or business analyzer
• Have at least 2+ years experience with software quality assurance and auditing
• Have a working knowledge of project management
• Have a working knowledge of CMM/CMMI; Level 5 is preferred
• Experience on process improvement or SEPG member is preferred

3) Minimum educational level:

• B.S. Computer Science or equivalent

·2年以上CMMI/CMM相关流程的审计和质量保证经验。

·良好的英语读写，以及口语能力。

·良好的沟通能力。

·本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业。

·具有大型软件公司实施CMMI等质量体系的经验者优先考虑。
