Lead the shift technician to carry out the maintenance job during the on duty shift.

2 设备的日常点检及日常监控机器运行状态, 提前预知并解决潜在问题.

Carry out the machine daily check and Daily monitor the machine running status and anticipate any potential problem to be prevented or resolved in advance.

3 根据预防性维护计划执行设备预防性维修.

Implement the PM according to the PM plan.

4 快速检查, 调试和维修故障设备, 以使停机时间降至最低

Quickly inspect, troubleshoot and repair failure machine to ensure minimum downtime.

5 协助供应商或承包商设备的安装和试车如PLC,电气系统,液压和气动。

Assist the suppliers or contractors in handling the installation, commissioning of equipment control systems like PLC, electrical system, hydraulic and pneumatic.

6 积极加入特殊项目并担负特殊职责。

Actively participate special projects and take assigned special responsibilities.

7 维护安全健康的工作环境,遵照及执行公司相关安全制度和环境方针。

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all related safety regulations and environmental policies in the Company.

任职资格QUALIFICATIONS

1. 具有PLC组态及编程的基本知识.

Have the knowledge of PLC configuration and programming.

2. 具有变频器及驱动器的知识.

Have the knowledge of Inverter and Drive

3. 具有液压及气动的理论及实践知识

Have the theory and practical skills of hydraulic and pneumatic system

4.具有基本的机械常识

Have the basic mechanical knowledge

5. 能读懂电气原理图和画简单的电气图.

Can read electrical drawing and work out simple electrical drawing

6. 良好的英文读写能力.

Good command of English reading and writing

7. 能适应倒班工作；Shift work is needed

8. 常熟本地或定居常熟者优先 Priority with local resident

9. 有连续性生产行业维修经验者优先.Maintenance experiences from a continuous production process industry is preferred
