2. 与销售及时沟通，处理并解决客户的异常问题

3. 与客户的操作人员沟通，了解其操作习惯和操作要求

岗位要求：

1. 具备2-3年的货代行业客服操作经验

2. 熟悉上海，宁波口岸的海运，空运进出口货运流程

3. 严谨认真，对客户负责

4. 善于与人沟通，具备一定的应变能力

5. 具备一定的英语书面和口头沟通能力
