Responsibilities:

1. Receive deliveries from suppliers (including but not limiting to assets, inventory, non-inventory, 3rd party rental items)
2. Ensure timely receipt transaction of deliveries in the ERP system (JDE, SAP or others)
3. Ensure all incoming goods are accompanied with all necessary documentation
4. Tag all incoming goods correctly
5. Put-away incoming goods into locations and input into ERP system
6. Ensure items are stored properly according to storage requirements
7. Ensure non-conformance items are clearly identified and quarantined physically
8. Perform visual checks on incoming goods
9. Communicate quantity discrepancies between purchase order and delivered goods to Procurement
10. Communicate damaged goods (from visual check) to Procurement, QA/QC and supervisor
11. Participate in fixed asset/inventory counts
12. Assist in investigations for discrepancies between physical stock and ERP system stock
13. Pick items for work orders, delivery tickets and any other authorised pick lists from warehouse locations according to due dates
14. Ensure timely transaction of items in the ERP system after picking physically
15. Ensure proper housekeeping in the warehouse
16. Monitor warehouse KPIs
17. Perform internal audits on warehouse procedures
18. Recommend, lead and implement improvement projects based on KPI performance and audit findings
19. Support other supply chain and management initiatives, e.g., inventory optimisation, etc.
20. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirement

1. Experience in purchasing, stores, imports and exports procedures.
2. Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Good knowledge of relevant computer software.
5. Logistic, purchasing or stores experience is preferred.
