Working Content:
Occupational Health and Safety work
Responsibilities:
l Facilitate process and provide technical and administrative leadership to ensure compliance with OHS laws, regulations and requirement
l Responsible for comprehensive understanding and implementation the new government legislation and regulation on environment and OHS, Maintain communication links with government or related party associated with EHS issues, implements the task in time
l Conduct and implement OHS program under the ABB guidance to improve production and field OHS performance
l Continuously identify, assess and reduce/eliminate OHS risk (including security, Lead Job Safety Risk Analysis, Optimize and control EHS management system and documents,
l Organize the internal and external audit, follow up the Non-compliance closure, implement EHS performance improvement program
l Conduct OHS training for employees, contractors etc, deliver OHS requirement and follow up the implementation status.
l Handle and investigate the near miss/accident case, generate report and follow up the corrective actions
l Other issue: PPE management (evaluate the supplier and PPE product, purchase, stock, distribute)

Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above, manufacturing technology, mechanical or electrical engineering as major.
l Experience from working with management systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 or integrated management system). Experience in working with environmental, health and safety legislative compliance,
l Experience from working with environmental, health and safety matters in similar or other industrial business, Experience in preparation environmental, health and safety rules and regulations.
l General IT experience at user level familiar with MS Office
l Fluent English and Chinese skills, both verbal and written

l 管理和执行公司环境，安全，职业健康的政策和规划，确保符合相关的法律，法规和其他要求
l 与总部，政府部门和相关方保持环境，安全，职业健康事务方面的良好的联系和沟通，提高生产和现场的安全绩效
l 日常安全检查，消除所有不符合因素,及时在规定时间内监督执行彻纠正和预防措施
l 主导岗位安全分析，优化和控制环境，职业健康，安全管理体系和文档，
l 负责内审，和外部审核，跟踪不符合项的关闭，保持体系的持续改进
l 对员工和供应商进行环境，职业健康，安全培训。传达总部、公司的EHS要求，监控执行状态
l 调查和处理未遂事件/事故，报告和跟踪整改措施
l 其他：PPE的管理：供应商和产品的评估，采购，存储，分发等
