Equipment Maintenance Engineer JD
 
Responsibilities:
l Manage, implement and develop the production equipment and facilities’ daily maintenance work, assure all the facility and equipment work in good condition.
l Set up and manage the account list of production equipment /instrument /tools.
l Organize and implement the internal and external calibration work.
l Work together with production managers and end users to improve the equipment maintenance procedures and plans.
l Manage the Prevention Maintenance Plan and make sure all the works can be implemented effectively
l Improving and developing the maintenance work quality , reduce the equipment down time
l Promote professional proposals on equipment maintenance and energy saving, improve the equipment work efficiency and life time.
l Supervise and improve the subcontractors’ work quality and integrality, make sure their work are fully comply with ABB’s safety requirement.
 
Qualification required: (education, training, license, skills, etc.)
l Major in Mechanical /Electrical or Automation , graduated or above.
l More than3 years equipment maintenance experience.
l Good logistic and analytical ability, good communication skills , work hard ,  can work with pressure, nice character.
l Good English ability , familiar with office and drawing softwares.
