Responsibility:
-Be fully responsible for corresponding production line capacity, quality, OTD, EHS and human resource
-Safety operation and workshop 5S management
-Lead RM forecast and inventory management through production planning
-Organize, training, implement and optimize production process
-Recruit employees, organize training and develop employee job skill.
-Quality control and improvement continually
-Performance management, including safety, quality, efficiency, etc
-Direct and in-direct cost budget and control
-Be familiar with ISO9001 & 14000, and implement in daily work.
-Unyielding support cross-function work
-Continually accept and learn knowledge related working scope and actively develop ability and skill to keep pace with the requirement of company business growth.
