岗位职责:

1. 从费用、质量和交货期三方面考虑，规划针对库房中和产线上的所有产品以及生产区域的的质量检测手段，协调客户质量投诉；

2. 管理进货，在线和出货的检验工作；

3. 记录质量的统计数据；

4. 进行质量评估；

5. 激励质量部的员工；

6. 按故障模型和影响分析原理，改善流程；

7. 按ISO9001的标准建立并维护公司的质量管理体系；

8. 根据质量管理体系的要求，建立各种必要的文件；

9. 建立公司持续改善的体系。
职位要求：

1. 大学工科毕业；

2. 具有至少5年在国际型公司质量部工作的经验，其中2年管理工作的经验；

3. 英语至少5级；

4. 具备战略思考意识；

5. 具有方法学和组织改善的经验；

6. ERP的使用经验；

7. 团队合作；

8. 具有沟通能力。

Responsibilities:

1. Planning of the necessary quality tools at warehouse and production process for all articles and production areas according the compliance of Costs, Quality and Delivery time. Coordination of customer complaints from after sales service

2. Manage all incoming, on process and outgoing checks

3. Prepare necessary statistics

4. Realize necessary audits

5. Motivate workers on quality issues

6. Develop process to Failure Method Effect Analysis

7. Establish a quality management system according min. standard DIN EN ISO 9001

8. Create and maintain all necessary documents according the used Quality-System-Standard

9. Establish a Continues-Process-Improvement System in the company

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor in technical studies

2. Min. 5 years of working experience and 2 years of the management experience in the quality management in an international company

3. English min. level 5 or higher

4. Strategic mindset

5. experience in methodology and organization improvement

6. skilled in the usage of ERP

7. Team player

8. skilled communicator
