职位描述
? POSITION OBJECTIVE
? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Accountable for China LP Gas bookings, sales and profitablity.
? Provide Sales Leadership to the Distributors/Representatives/Direct sales to ensure business goals are met and all activites are conducted in an ethical & trade compliance manner.
? Responsible for all final order fulfillment working with Sales Order Administration to see through our contractual obligation with customers.
? Develop & implement Key Account Management strategy and relationship to achieve good market participation and maximize profit opportunities.
? Formulate & develop an overall business strategy for China to achieve growth and profitability. The strategy includes product, pricing and sales positioning.
? Maintain good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and sales representatives.
? Provide reports and feedback on China LP Gas business activities such as sales/order performance, competitive activities, market intelligence, including prices and products.
? Complete such other assignments as may be specified by Regional Sales Manager – LP, Asia Paciific.
? Complete annual sales target.
? SCOPE
? JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
- Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Interaction with customers representatives, peers managers, etc. Co-ordination and negotiation skills required,
? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
? Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of sales management experience in LPG equipment industry.
? MBA highly preferred.
? Ability to work well with people.
? Good oral and written communication skills.
? Possess strategic agility and action oriented.
