SXL Market Research Consulting Associate
Report to: Project Manager
Start: 16th September, 2013
Duration: 8 weeks
Location: Shanghai, Huangpu district
About the role:
SXL is inviting students who are interested in Market Research Consulting to assist our Project manager to deliver a Market research consulting project for our multinational client company in industry. The project will includes China Market Research, Supply Chain, Industry Analysis, Survey etc.

SXL provides students with the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on business experience through rewarding consulting projects whilst offering companies access to low cost/ high quality consulting and project execution services. We support companies in China and abroad with market research, competitor analysis, benchmark studies, market entry strategies, prospect finding and much more.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably with a business background.
- Responsible, self-motivated and strong team spirit.
- Superb language skills in both English and Chinese, master in business writing and translation.
- Good desktop research skills and telephone manners.
- Be able to have at least 3 days per week to do the project-based internship
Preferred Requirements:
- Work experience in consulting is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent online search and reading comprehension, proficiency with public and proprietary databases is a big plus.
- Solid understanding of economic, financial and general business concepts and terminology is a big plus.
