Report to: General Manager, with dotted line to VP Finance in the US

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Working with external accounting service provider, manage all financial and operational accounting activities including monthly closings, AP/AR, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, audits, etc.

2. Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.

3. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

4. Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.

5. Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.

6. Ensure compliance with local and state budgetary reporting requirements.

7. Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.

8. Oversee the management of all company assets.

9. Provide oversight for compliance and risk management within all operations to ensure that all internal controls, corporate policies and procedures are satisfied in order to safeguard corporate assets and insure integrity of financial.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting.

2. Qualified middle-level accounting certification or with other professional certificates (such as CPA) is a plus.

3. 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing company, and at least 2 years experience as a team leader preferably in a small to mid-size western company.

4. Familiar with industrial cost accounting, sound knowledge of export business, can deal with the whole accounting procedure independently.

5. Highly experienced with ERP system.

6. Strong knowledge of China accounting policy/standards, SAFE policy, and China tax regulations and practice, including VAT, EIT and export refund compliance.

7. Excellent ability of operating EXCEL and other software.

8. Good communication skills, proactive, high sense of responsibility and problem solving ability.

9. Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
