职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Getting involved in the project at the early stage of project to understand the information about project: the business, customer, value to customer, customer requirement,the application of the solution to be developed |
2. Giving the input to the product development from the perspective of testing |
3. Suggesting the testing schedule and coordinating the fabrication of prototypes and samples |
4. Working with design engineers to develop test solutions and performing the tests on schedule to make sure the products go to customers meet the specification and safety requirement |
5. Working with design engineers to analyze the root cause for failure and suggesting the improving action |
6. Ensuring APQP and DOE methodology |
7. Working with the purchasing department to qualify the parts manufactured locally |
8. Assisting the production and quality engineers in investigation of root cause of failure for returned products |
9. Requesting and suggesting the equipment purchasing and fixture fabrication |
10.Promoting the test capability of lab to customers 11.Keep the lab clean, tidy and safe |
Qualification:
1. A university bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical engineering;
2. 3-5 years of test or design experience for fluid products-actuators, valves, fitting etc.
3. Proficient in reading and written English-CET6
4. Experience of design and development of test instrumentation, systems, setup, and modification is a plus
5. Be familiar with the electrical circuit electrical wiring and application of electrical elements is preferred
6. Be familiar with PLC programming and Labview is an advantage
7. Experience with ISO 9000; TS16949
8. High degree of detail and accuracy
9. Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work in a team environment
10. General office and PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, organization, filing, etc
