In China, Bermad is operating for almost 20 years, and among our clients and projects are the 3 Gorges Dam (三峡大坝), and The Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC;上海环球金融中心).
Job profile:
This key position is part of the company management.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Manage the Operations Team
o Production Planning (using ERP & MRP Oracle systems)
o Material Inventory Management (Planning & Purchasing)
o Logistics (Import & local)
o Warehouse management
- Daily Operations
o Runs the day-to-day operations
o Supervise production plans
o Supply sales orders OTD (on time delivery)
o Coordinate between sales and operations:
University Degree:
Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Experience:
? Previous experience in operations, or supervision of production (must)
? Experience in production planning and / or material planning (must)
? Knowledge or background in logistics (advantage)
? Working experience in foreign companies - (preferred)
? English – High Working Level to Fluent (speaking, reading & writing)
Technical Experience:
? Excel
? Word & Outlook skills
? ERP systems
Personal Qualities:
? Assertive
? Can be trusted
? Multi-tasking
