Student Enrolment Advisor, ANZ China Team (Higher Education): Based in Shanghai

This role is part of China sales team, based in the Regional Office Shanghai. This is a supportive role responsible for communicating directly with ANZ offer holders via phone calls/emails to provide course information, follow up service issues and help to increase conversion rate.

As a Student Enrolment Advisor your main duties will be:

? Monitoring and running China ANZ applications data

? Exporting data from SI to work out offer conversion campaign student list

? Cooperating with marketing team to work out offer chasing e-shot and to support social media conversion campaign

? Planning and managing daily phone calls/emails to students/parents, to provide course information, check application status and offer necessary support

? Recording every phone call/email and summarizing data.

? Working out daily report and making feedback to sales team/IAC

? Liaising with PAT/ANZ team/IAC to resolve problems experienced by our offer holder students

? Communicating with agents occasionally to check application status and resolve problems

Your responsibilities are:

? Ensure that all communications made and received are managed in a highly professional manner

? Ensure that all phone calls/emails are accurately recorded and feedback

? Ensure all outstanding offers are chased in a timely fashion

? Ensure problems are resolved to mutual satisfaction

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

? 1-2years work experience in sales

? Good numeracy skills

? Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload

? To be able to work as an individual as well as a team member

? Conscientious and reliable

? Have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure

? Task focused and self-motivated

? Strong communication skills.

? Able to build a strong working relationship with different teams

? High level of fluency in English and Mandarin

? An interest and awareness of the ANZ Education system
