Job Responsibilities:
* Release purchase order to HQ
* Order follow up
* Coordination with HQ for lead time and others special requirements from sales
* Import and export
--To prepare documents to agent for Customs Clearance
--Payment request to agent and forwarder
--Optimize and manage resource of agency and forwarder
* Cost analysis for incoming articles and air freight cost
* Analyze lead time and give early warning to SOA and sales
Qualifications:
* Major of business or trade or comparable
* Many years of experience in import, export and customs clearance
* Experience in order administration
* Familiar with ERP system
* Good command of English, good command of German as a plus
