Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Special projects: Take lead on internal projects related to business expansion, process improvement, external communications and other areas.
- Client projects: Take lead on, or support in, consulting project for our clients related to China market entry or market research.
- Sales & Marketing: identify new leads, take part in client pitches, represent SXL at events/networking, online marketing and content generation
- Other

Basic requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters from reputable university
- Fresh graduate with exceptional internship, part-time work or entrepreneurial experience
- Strong business acumen and high business maturity
- Excellent Business English speaking/writing skills, Mandarin native skills preferred but not necessary to apply
- Excellent time management and organizing skills
- Self-motivated and high drive. Able to work under high pressure and with high set goals
- Quick-learner
- Positive / Can-do attitude
- Entrepreneurial

Start date: September/October 2013
Remuneration structure: Fixed salary + bonus

About the SXL MT program
SXL Group’s first batch of MTs was accepted in late 2009 and were part of developing what was then only the embryo of what SXL Group is today. These MT alumni have later moved on to successful careers within management consulting, investment banking and entrepreneurial ventures.
The successful candidates for 2013 will be working directly under the SXL management team and be involved in all aspects of the business, be given substantial responsibility from day one, and take lead on special/internal projects as well as client projects.
For the right candidate this role can within a 6-12months period develop into a Project Manager, or Project Developer or Marketing Associate role.
