职位描述
This position is perfect for an entrepreneurial and analytical self-starter who is able to excel in multi-customer, cross-functional environment. This position will require an individual to understand and apply current computer science technologies within the system development lifecycle.

Position responsibilities may include:
主要职责如下：
1. liaising with external or internal clients to capture business requirements;
与客户保持联络获得业务需求；
2. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
识别潜在的解决方案选项，并从技术和业务适应两方面进行评估；
3. Documenting system specifications;
制定系统说明书
4. Participating in technical design reviews;
参与系统设计阶段的审核；
5. Creating, coordinating, and executing system testing including test plan development;
创建、协调并执行系统测试，包括测试计划的开发；
6. Developing ad hoc report queries;
开发点对点报告查询功能；
7. Supporting new system implementation;
支持新系统的实施；
8. Performing system administration;
负责系统管理；
9. Developing user manuals / system support documentation;
开发使用手册和系统维修文件；
10. Providing training to system users;
对系统使用者提供培训；
11. Performing other tasks, as needed, in support of the maintenance of existing customer or internal systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
职位要求：

Candidate will have a working knowledge of systems engineering, web development, and database structures.
有系统工程、web开发和数据库架构的工作经验。
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HTML, and development of SQL queries is required.
精通Microsoft Office, HTML与SQL查询开发。
In addition, must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact appropriately with potential and current customers.
优秀的书面以及口语沟通能力，与现有以及潜在客户的交际能力。
Candidate must be capable of handling multiple tasks in both individual and team environments.
在独立与团队工作环境中能具备同时处理多重任务的能力。
Preferred applicants will have strong systems knowledge with an understanding of underlying aspects of web-based application development / services, databases, browsers, and client/server architectures. Multi-lingual skilled candidates are encouraged to apply.
具有扎实的系统知识包括基于网络的应用程序开发/服务、数据库、浏览器和客户端/服务器架构。掌握多国语言者优先。

学历教育要求：
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
