职位描述

Sandvik in Beijing is seeking for a Program Manager.

Sandvik is a high-technology, engineering group with advanced products and a world-leading position within selected areas. Worldwide business activities are conducted through representation in more than 130 countries. In 2012 the Group had about 49,000 employees with annual sales of approximately 99,000 MSEK.


The position would directly report to Head of Greater China Learning Development Center, below please refer to the job description:


Key performance areas:

· Translate business needs into training programs in a professional way;

· Design and conduct customized training programs that aligned with clients’ business strategies and meet the identified competence needs;

· Provide facilitation support and create the learning environment to execute the training at a high quality level.

· Investigate training markets, select suitable training course and external trainers

· Build on resources through internal and external trainers’ network to deliver training program


Your profile:

· Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or Engineering related preferred

· Minimum 5 years working experience with solid background in learning and development role, knowledge about Behavioral Science is preferred

· Experience on supporting talent management from learning point of view

· Working experience both in business unit and in headquarter preferred

· Excellent in MS Office especially PPT

· Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken

· Training Program implementation expertise, preferably in leadership or management skills, with good facilitation skills

· Open, curious & passionate about learning

· Energized by working with team

· Strong willing to seek cooperation with others

· Good consulting skills

· Project management skills

· Travel Frequency: Job requires a certain portion of travel

Sandvik’s way of working with learning is changing and a new Learning Development Center is being implemented to support the new People Strategy in Greater China. The vision of Learning Development Center is to “Accelerate the development of people through learning initiatives that drives execution of strategy and change towards One Sandvik”. The medium term objectives of Learning Development Center Greater China is:

1) World class support to the growth of the business in Sandvik Greater China through development programs and training,
