Responsibilities:
Corporate PR:
- Corporate PR strategy planning in accordance with company brand positioning
- PR paperwork (news releases, by-lined articles, feature articles, fact sheets, etc. )
- Corporate media relationship building and maintenance
- Media events and interviews handling

Corporate Marcom:
- Corporate presentation and brochure optimization and updating
- Corporate website maintenance

Internal Communications:
- Content management and visual design for company internal publications
- Internal communication letters by request

Others
- External vendor management
- Coordinate BU marketing and related departments

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above
- 5-year+ experience in PR or Journalism field, PR agency experience highly preferred
- Knowledge in telecom or IT industry
- Sufficient writing skills, familiar with diverse PR paperwork
- Familiar experience with social media and industry media

- Independent and mature personality with strong commitment in excellence
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and English (written)

Skills:

- Familiarity and ease interfacing at all levels of a multinational corporation

- Impeccable skills across PR and the rest of the marketing communications mix

- Excellent English/Chinese writing, proofing & editing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously

- Ability to work under pressure
