职位描述：
1. 全面负责南区售后部门的所有事务，确保公司的服务达到客户满意的要求；
2. 组织实施所有售后的设备项目管理,人员派遣,进度安排,并协调解决相关的技术问题；
3. 负责客户的跟踪服务,为客户提供新的解决方案；
4. 按管理层的决定或应其他部门的要求参与一定的售前或技术引进工作；
5. 就客户服务问题协调管理层、物流部门、销售部门和客户之间的关系；
6. 针对客户有关产品质量、发货、性能、工程进度、服务响应速度、服务态度等方面的投诉，管理对此进行的调查、处理及跟踪情况；
7.明确公司的责任范围，以此作为处理客户投诉的指导原则；
8. 提高劳动生产率，同时优化工程师的配置,以提高对客户的相应速度；
9. 根据业务的扩大, 组织并推进售后工程师的技术培训课程, 使团队的技术水平保持行业的领先地位；
10. 南区售后部门费用的控制, 对所有费用的合理性负责。

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上/电信专业，自动化专业，计算机专业和管理专业
2. SI行业8年以上经验；有酒店行业SI经验最好。
3. 具有5年以上团队领导经验；
4. 有丰富的项目管理经验；能够在压力下工作；
5. 具有语音网络、或数据网络、或弱电项目的技术经验和管理经验；
6. 具有良好的沟通能力和文档能力；
7. 英语流利；懂粤语。
