Job Descriptions
1) Manage all CDB electronic and hardcopy information (includes engineering/technical, correspondence, project management - commercial, legal) generated by COMPANY, stored in a controlled environment and indexed into a content management system.
2) Execute and comply with COMPANY information and records management processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure accurate records of COMPANY business are maintained and accessible to the right people at the right time.
3) Accurate and consistent maintenance of electronic and hardcopy records, such as, but not limited to; document type, subject, owner/originator, creation date and sensitivity.
4) Receive new information and records, and additions to existing records, and make appropriate database / log entries for tracking purposes.
5) Classify and control CDB information and records.
Expedite and track status of all information and records as required
6) Assist Information Management team in the evaluation of IM processes and procedures for CDB.
7) Provide support and assistance for the tools and technologies used by IM, and provide technical guidance to CDB workforce.
8) Provide training as required to assure that all CDB workforce have a clear understanding of COMPANY policies, processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Written and oral communication in English required – CET level 6 minimum
- Previous experience and knowledge of WEB development using Frontpage and/or SharePoint
- Previous information and records management experience preferred
- Previous experience in an Oil & Gas company preferred
- Previous experience with an electronic document or content management system preferred
- Must have a methodical and well organized approach to the work environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels
- Must have experience with working in an integrated team environment
- Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities
- Be able to receive constructive criticism for professional growth
- Strong Working Knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment using the following:
1) Microsoft Word
2) Microsoft Excel
3) Microsoft Outlook
