Job Responsibility:

Routine Duties:
Coordinate the planning, execution and close out of the Commissioning Procedure Reviews and Risk Assessments at Site.
Attend approximately half of these reviews and risk assessments, and monitor the remainder via correspondence with the participants.
Produce dual language meeting minutes for all reviews and risk assessments, and issue to all attendees.
Follow up on action items noted in the meeting minutes.
Liaise with commissioning team members to ensure planning is complete and consistent for all reviews and risk assessments.
Take custody of the ‘poster’ after each procedure review, incorporate new comments, and ensure consistency with the precedures summarized on the poster.
Take custody of the procedures after each review, distribute to authors for update, retrieve from authors, obtain translation, and send to Commissioning Manager for issue via Coreworx. Follow up to ensure these were issued.
On the day of the reviews and risk assessments, print all necessary posters and other reference documentation and put in proper place in conference room. Delegate this task to other commissioning team members for reviews and risk assessments that you do not attend.

Safety Focus :
Works closely with Commissioning Manager and HES Department to execute risk assessments of each commissioning procedures, to modify procedures with mitigations to these risks, and to communicate the identified risks to the teams executing the procedures.


Job Requirement:

Fluent spoken and written English.
Computer skills are critical including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and Visio etc.
Must have the ability to interpret and read and understand commissioning documents.
Understanding of execution test protocols, and familiarity with testing of equipment similar to execution of commissioning procedures.
Multiple organizations are involved in planning and execution of commissioning, and an ability to coordinate with multiple groups of diverse experience and backgrounds’, obtaining good feedback without causing unproductive conflict, is mandatory.
