Job Description:

Gather data and prepare analysis, tables and graphs to support Business Planning activities, including the recurring reports to internal CDB management and with other entities (ASBU HQ, CNPC partners). Work includes interfacing with Finance and Line Management for financial and operational highlights, evaluation and progress reports.

Assist with the development of the 3-Year Business Plan and Strategic Update materials as required. Support the preparation of Appropriations Request materials and supporting documentation.

Build appropriate tools and anaysis aids that support probabilistic assessments and incorporate forecasts, apply corporate guidance on costs / gas price, staffing plans and other base data. These efforts will support Business Plan creation and reporting.

Work with partner organizations to ensure their requirements and expectations are met for recurring reports, analysis and supporting data. Significant work here is the annual Work Program and Budget and JMC Updates.

Assist with the preparation of presentations and communications for use internally, with partners and with government bodies.

Assist with the tracking and monitoring of performance on expenditures and activities associated with AFEs, Service Orders and Contracts.

Job Requirement:
This position is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and providing recommendations for the CDB Gas Project plans on this major capital project and ongoing operations. In addition, this position will assist with the creation of the Business Plan, the Work Program and Budget and Joint Management Committee updates. Prior experience in these areas is desired.

This position will require networking skills, planning acumen and assistance to other functional areas in the project including Operations, Drilling & Completions, Finance and the Major Capital Project portions of the organization.

Strong coordination with China country-level Planning organization is also important.

Strong English and Mandarin skills will be valuable.
