Job Description:

Processes invoices for payment of both foreign and domestic vendors in a timely fashion. Reviews invoices for mathematical accuracy and, codes invoices and enters into JDE for review, approval and payment. Answers vendors inquires about payments, works with internal customers and vendors to resolve issues
Processes expense reports for CDB personnel, reviews reports for mathematical accuracy and confirms proper application of travel, expense reporting and FCPA policies. Answers employee questions related to expense reports.
Reconciles vendor sub-ledger accounts minimizes the use of suspense accounts and ensures suspense accounts are promptly cleared when used.
Other duties as assigned by the Comptroller or Finance Manager

Job Requirement:

This position requires someone with accounts payable experience, must have an understanding of internal control processes specifically how delegations of authority work
Be familiar with ERP systems
Be capable of handling large volumes of invoices both domestic and international
Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
University degree in accounting, finance or economics
English proficiency both written and spoken
