MFG PC Specialist
生产计划专员.
职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.和公司高层一起，根据公司对美国客户的预测需求，并与美国库存发货方紧密互动了解需求变化，制定生产计划的主要计划（每年、每月、每周）和每天生产计划；主持统筹公司航空部件的生产计划工作。
Working with Company Boss to Make the master schedule(Year, Month, Week) and daily production&shipping schedule according to Forecast requirement, Keep communicating with USA Office to understand 100% CLEARLY Requirement&Changing anytime ,And adjust the production schedule to meet goal base on Requirement and production capacity in advance. Lead global planning of aerospace business of the company.
2. 跟踪收集生产进度，协调每个环节的生产，发现生产瓶颈并主导消除生产瓶颈；推动相关主管，现场员工采取措施及时跟进生产进度，达到保质保量按时发货；
Following production status anytime, And coordinate each process smoothly, Actively find the bottle neck and lead related people to fix problems, Push all supervisors&workers to take active action and meet expected output if something deviate from the normal track.
3.随时维护生产订单库并跟催进度；
Maintain PO bank, follow and push status of orders.
4.起草并下发相关计划控制程序，确保生产数据系统数据的准确、及时、有效性；
Work with Mgr to Draft out and issue related PC controlling plan(PC Process), To make sure all working be under control and each role play Maximum efficiency to meet shipping on time.
5.根据每次发货需求，跟踪生产并确定发货清单，与生产经理、品质、报关员、库房一起确定发货清单，以确保准确、按时发货；
You are supposed to come up the ahead shipping list for customs specialist, work with MFG Mgr/QC/custome specialist/Stock, Make sure all shipping requirements be met on time.
6.其他分配临时分配相关任务。
Other temporary Job as requirement.
任职要求（Job qualifications）:
1. 机械设计制造相关专业，大中专以上学历，3-5年相关PC工作经验；
Major in Machining and Manufacturing, College or above,3-5 PC Related working experience.
2. 熟悉制造业相关生产流程及管理模式；
Be familiar with Machining&Manufacturing production process and management system.
3. 熟练掌握Office-Excel相关技巧、函数、数据透视及汇总报表等操作；
Be familiar with Office-Excel on skills/Formula/Pivot table/Build some modle as working requirement.
4. 工作认真负责，积极的工作和学习态度；
Working hard/Responsible/Active/Learning actively.
5. 能独立开展相关工作，业务能力强，解决问题方式方法经验丰富，相关外资工作经验优先考虑；
You are supposed to do your working independently, Stronger professional proficiency, Good experience at solving problem, Diversified trouble shooting ability.
6. 性格开朗、沟通能力强，随时保持和同事沟通互动，英语邮件及口语精通，团队合作精神；
Open personality/Excellent communication skills/Keep communicating with all workmate and interacting, Fluent oral English&Email ability to support your working smoothly, Excellent Team player.
