Major Tasks and Activities:

· Be responsible for the artwork and production of all marketing communications materials, inclusive but not limited to leaflets, brochures, books, newsletters, posters, calendars, premiums, advertisements, banners, signages, decorations, exhibitions, floor plans and multi-media presentations
· Maintain an effective pool of printers & production houses, coordinate with them to ensure prompt delivery of quality output, inclusive of printed materials, banners, decoration materials, premiums, illustrations, photography and any appropriate design execution
· Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team and assist with graphic evaluation & input on marketing / advertising / event / website creatives


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements：

· Degree in graphics design or related discipline
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience in graphics design and production of printed matters and multi-media presentation; preferably in an international corporate environment; shopping centre marketing experience an advantage
· Strong hands-on experience and fluency in graphics design, illustration and multi-media software including but not limited to the most up-to-date versions of Freehand, Illustrator, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Streamline, KPT, Painter and Director
· Strong typography skills
· Web design experience preferred
· Resourceful in design / production related suppliers and agencies
· Passionate and committed to quality
· Creative, strong aesthetics & market sense
· Detail-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Flexible, willing to work efficiently under pressure and irregular working hours
· Fluency in English and Chinese
