岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司的办公室和人事管理全面管理工作；
2. 负责公司各项通用管理标准及制度的制定及执行情况进行监督、检查；
3. 负责公司会议组织；
4、负责公司领导安排事项的督办和落实；
5. 负责公司后勤事务管理工作和各项费用控制管理；
6. 负责做好公司组织接待工作以及对外联络工作；
7. 负责公司办公室基础工作的监督和管理；
8、负责公司人力资源规划、招聘和派出的监督和管理；
任职要求：
1、中文、行政管理、法律等相关专业本科以上学历，年龄28-38之间，形象、气质佳；
2、有四年以上办公室和人事部门经理以上岗位任职经验；
3、有较强的外联与公关能力，熟悉接待工作流程；思路清晰，考虑和处理问题周到细致；
4、有较强的中文写作及表达能力；
5、踏实、敬业，有较强的人际沟通、协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神。
