Key Responsibilities:
---------------------------
Performs new feature devlopment, analyze module specifications and make good design and code for it
Performs maintenance and enhancement of new and/or existing systems or product modules on Linux & Windows platform.
Establishes technical proficiency in design, implementation, and unit testing.
Analysis feature performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting issues, and designing quick solutions for customers
Capable of design a module with good expandability and usability
Capable of writing proposals or papers.

Qualities preferred:
---------------------------
BS/MS degree and 1+ years of commercial application development experience
Familar in Java or C/C++
Familiar with OOP/OOD
Development experience on network programming
Development experience on multiple platforms, preferably Linux
Excellent English writing, listening & speaking skills.

Ability to embrace change
Hard working, creative and critical thinking, initiative-takers preferred
understanding of web application architectures
database/SQL skills
Script programming skills such as shell or perl

Excellence in communication and collaboration with other functional teams (Support Engineering, Tools, Product, etc).
