JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Senior Financial Coordinator资深财务主管

Reports To: Finance Director

Location: Chengdu, PRC

Position Summary

Supervise AP process, review and analyze financial reports, trends and opportunities, work with the Finance Director to determine cash flow, track financial transactions and coordinate other financial operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise AP process

· Identify cost reduction potentials to support the Cost Reduction Process (CRP)

· Prepare forecast and budget

· Prepare & provide management with reports as required

· Record and monitor loans and AP to ensure that payments are up to date

· Assess exchange rate and interest rates on company bank accounts, and planning the issue of payments

· Review BS and PL account, analyze and take follow up actions.

· Coordinates and prepares pertinent information for auditors.

· Support to ERP system.

· Monthly margin and deviation analysis, find out the reason behind.

Qualifications/ Education

· Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance

· Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin is a must

· Over 8 years’ working experience in manufacturing company

· Practical experience and knowledge in preparing budgets and in cost control.

· Understanding of US GAAP and financial operations

· Proficient in MS office skill, especially strong excel skill.

· In-depth ERP Know-how, practical experience in ERP modules not only in finance function but also manufacturing and distribution functions.
