职位描述
主要职责:
-汽车技术支持：
1.负责向电话中心的道路救援协调员提供时时（面对面或通过电话）汽车技术方面的技术支持，帮助道路救援协调员解决日常工作中出现的汽车支持问题、正确的派遣任务
2.接听道路救援协调员的技术咨询电话，保证服务水平SL达到的目标
3.在线技术支持道路救援服务商的路修技术问题
4.总结道路救援协调员日常提出的问题，编写技术通报或培训课件
5.参加责任的汽车品牌的技术相关会议，分析道路救援案件发生的原因
-技术培训：
1.依据道路救援的实际技术需求，编写或更新道路救援相关培训材料
2.实施道路救援协调员技术培训，提高道路救援协调员的技术能力
-损伤案件处理：
1.负责调查在组织实施汽车道路救援服务过程中造成的车辆损伤情况，并在指定时间内给出客观的责任结论
2.与公司服务商、汽车经销商以及客户进行损伤案件的沟通以期达成一致
3.发现必要的线索（如图片、文件等），能够分析案件情况，确定损伤责任
4.根据损伤调查情况以及相应的取证，判断汽车代理商提供的维修方案是否合理
5.如安援救援应支付赔偿费用，应采取必要措施向车主进行反馈，并负责与服务商协商以及向管理层确认维修费用预算
6.与质量分析专员紧密配合，并为解决损伤案件提供最有效的建议
-基本要求:
1.善于与人沟通，可以承受一定压力，具体基础的管理能力
2.有在品牌4S店的售后维修工作经验，且不少于4年的车间实际维修经验
3.掌握Excel、Word等办公软件
4.技术内训师优先
5.有一定读写的英语技能优先
