Responsibility:
? Design and develop cloud and big data solutions.
? Develop architecture and low level designs based on internal product management Requirements.
? Communication of designs, estimates, prioritization and other development issues to developers and managers
? Drive improvements through monitoring of real-time and non real-time analytics
? Design, develop and manage automated unit and acceptance tests
? Peer review of design code and tests.
? Fast reaction to internal and external change
Requirements
? Excellent knowledge of Java, Web services, RESTful services.
? Strong application process flow and problem solving techniques.
? Strong focus on refactoring and code quality.
? UNIX/Linux platforms
? Understanding of software configuration management and release management
? High levels of software engineering literacy and communication skills
? Friendly and professional manner and Strong attention to detail
? Product development and lifecyle experience
Desirable
? Experience of BigData
? Experience of Distributed system. Ability to design for scalability and resilience.
? Experience of Open source community development
? Experience of delivering software services in a cloud environment
? Experience of continues delivery process and practice
? Knowledge of Python or Puppet is a plus.
? Knowledge of Git or SVN
? XML,JSON experience
? Delivering applications using RDBMS and NoSQL technologies
? English verbal and written skills are definitely a plus.
