1、有极强的销售能力、渠道拓展能力及谈判能力；
2、从事销售工作3年或以上，最近2年从事过信用卡销售、电信（移动或联通）大客户经理、私人银行客户经理或理财经理等职位为最佳；
3、有丰富的渠道及客户资源优先考虑
4、良好的职业操守和职业道德，综合素质高，为人正直；
