职位要求：
1） 流利的中英双语水平（口语及书面）
2） 本科以上学历，商务，经济，数学，计算机科学，信息管理相关教育背景和经验；
3） 5年以上工作经验，熟悉金融行业信息系统（小额贷款行业从业者优先考虑）；
4） 良好的团队管理能力；
5） 能适应出差及多元文化的工作环境；
6） 充分了解会计，金融术语，业务流程及标准惯例；
7） 擅于分析、解决问题，具有良好决策能力；
8） 熟练运用SQL数据库, Windows Server及其他过程式编程语言。
岗位职责：
主要负责组建和管理一支高效团队，为美兴在中国的分公司进行管理维护及支持服务。包括：招聘，培训，指导，人员管理及内部流程定义或变更管理。负责协调与美兴分公司商业代表的关系及做好美兴总部IT部门与分公司的沟通工作。
1） 为美兴中国组建高效MIS管理维护支持团队；
2） 与美兴集团IT部门合作，建立内部运营系统，为美兴在中国的分公司提供MIS服务；
3） 协助美兴集团总部IT支持团队，提供IT项目，完善MIS；
4） 参与美兴中国IT部门的战略规划；
5） 项目管理，主要是外包给中国市场的IaaS供应商进行基础设施管理；
6） 擅于发现与汇报MIS中存在的问题与风险，确保MIS在中国分公司运行良好；
7） 确保IT部门有效执行美兴集团总部的IT准则；
8） 收集终端用户和业务团队的需求，反馈和用例；
9） 向其他运营团队成员和终端用户提供培训和用户指南。
