This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

CDB quality group require 2 Regulatory Compliance Coordinators based on a 4 week back-to-back rotation to join the CDB Site quality team for a new build Sour Gas Facility located in Sichuan Province, South-West China.

For the position of Regulatory Compliance Coordinator; Ideally CDB is looking for candidates with ideally over 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry however must have previous working exposure with Chinese Regulatory requirements and final handover documentation prior to operational start-up.

The Regulatory Compliance Coordinators will coordinate in conjunction with the Site QA Manager and Site Quality Engineers to support day to day Quality Assurance activities, to ensure compliance with regulatory hand-over documents

The successful candidate will report to the CDB Site QA Manager but ultimately the Project QA Manager

The key Duties & Responsibilities for the site Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in providing additional compliance assurance to the project includes the following.

-Commitment to provide a 100% quality installation using the existing specifications of contract. Therefore candidates must be familiar with Chinese regulations and Codes / Specifications,
-Candidates shall be familiar with design drawings such as Plot Plans and PI&D’s
-In conjunction with CDB Site Quality Engineers candidates shall assist in the review design drawings to ensure all primary works-copes as per the contract are included within the final regulatory hand-over packages.
-Candidates must be familiar with Quality Assurance Audit Planning; in particular audit planning of “unit” packages to ensure contractors are generating and providing in a progressive and timely manner regulatory hand-over documents in compliance with the requirements of Government Quality Supervision Station – QMS.
-In conjunction with CDB Site Quality Engineers candidate will assist in the preparation of detailed regulatory audit checklists to include the following primary work-scopes

-Civil related activities,
-Welding / NDT activities
-Installation of vessels and process columns
-Installation of mechanical equipment and pre-assembled packages;
-Electrical and Instrumentation activities
-Mechanical completion activates
-Pre-commissioning / commissioning activities

-Candidates will be responsible for Initial review of completed regulatory audit reports generated by Site Quality Engineers to ensure correct format and compliance with prepared audit checklists prior to Site QA Manager final review and approval.
-Candidate will be responsible to Coordinate preparations for final review of documentation related to Mechanical Completion of “unit” packages prior to CDB Management approval
-Candidates will be required to interface with CDB Commissioning and OTT teams to ensure a smooth transition after CDB approval of construction Mechanical Completion and consequent commissioning activities before final hand-over to operations
-Candidate will be required to commit with providing a safe work site. CDB uses an Injury and Incident Free (IIF) format.
