This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Key Job Responsibilities: -Operations Assurance and Operational Readiness Review: Work with the Utility Advisor, Completions Coordinator, Commissioning Supervisors, and other responsible Function Teams to populate and complete the Operational Assurance and Operational Readiness Review. -Handover Deliverables: Work with the Completions Coordinator to define all Project Deliverables and develop viable work processes to validate and incorporate the Completion Status for the Operations Dashboard. -MCPIM Dashboard Maintenance Keep the dashboard requirements evergreen, maintain and develop work processes in support of dashboard deliverables being maintained and provided; -Users Training Provide roll outs and on-boarding for new project team members so as to ensure the intent, usage and integrity of the MCPIM Dashboard remains intact and all project team members are aware of how and why this tool is being implemented as well as helping them to understand their roles in making it successful. Requirement: Good communication and coordination skills required – knowledge of database tools including Coreworx and Life Cycle Server; capable of performing data entry and defining database relationships; work with Procurement in the delivery and up keep of the SDRL. Must have knowledge of Project execution requirements and scheduling for delivery, development of systems for handover, understand requirements for start up and base business initiatives including the deliverables from SERIP. Must have experience working with Operating organizations and understand key roles and responsibilities within Operations. Job requires interfacing with, and requires knowledge of, multiple disciplines including but not limited to construction, commissioning, facilities engineering, SCM, IT and Operations Fluency in English and Mandarin Knowledge of multiple work processes as well as Chevron Global Standard processes. Knowledge of document management and custody transfer from Projects to Operations.
