Major responsibilities/主要职责:
1.主要公司外购阀门和主要原材料的检验和质量控制，并按公司要求做好记录工作
In charge of the key material supplier and trading valves’ inspection and quality control. Recored as per the procedure of the company
2.对产生的质量问题进行分析，纠正以及跟踪
Analyze the quality problem, corrent and monitoring
3.供应商能力的持续提高
The contiouse improvement of the supplier’s ability
4.供应商生产现场的流程跟踪以及监督落实情况
The workshop and procedure monitoring regarding implementing on supplier side5.协助供应商质量管理制度的制定、修改、监督、执行等
Cooperate with Supplier on Quality control procedure’s establishing,modification,monitor and implement
6.外部质量数据的统计，分析
The stat. and analyze on supplier quality data
Requirement profile/需求简介:
1. 大专以上，机械背景
College degree or above, mechanical background
2. 3年以上机加工检验以及质量控制经验，1年以上阀门类产品工作经验。有铸造知识和背景优先考虑。
More than 3 years experience on mechanical and quality control. More than 1 year experience on valves world. There is adavatage if the experience on casting knowledge.
3.能熟练运用各种检验工具和质量分析工具，对 ISO 9001标准熟悉.
Good at inspectiomn tools and quality analyze tool and be familar with ISO 9001
4.CAD，EXCEL，WORD等电脑运用能力较好；良好的沟通能力；能独立理解英文标准和邮件 ；良好的团队协作能力
Good at CAD, EXCEL, WORD;Good communication skill;Good English ability on reading;Good Team working attitude.
5.能适应经常性的出差；独立，按时完成工作；吃苦耐劳
Suitablle for travelling,Indepened and on time regarding job finishing,Hard work.
