职位描述
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
1. Operation preparation during plants construction, include documentation collection, related skills training, tools purchase, project acceptance, supplier and contractor contact and list preparation.
工厂施工期间的运行准备，包括文件编制汇集、相关的技能培训、工具购买、工程验收、与供应商和承包商接触以及清单编制。
2. Routine inspection, map out related procedure
日常检查，制定相关程序。
3. Troubleshooting, “on call” around the clock for emergency plant shutdown
故障排除，二十四小时“待命”以应对装置紧急停工情况。
4. Prevent/predictive maintenance system build up and daily maintenance.
建立预防/预见性维护系统，并进行日常维护。
5. TAR planning and execution, include maintenance and repair information collection, the preparation of job package, spare and material, contractor and tools, safety management during execution, TAR execution and contractor management, acceptance.
TAR计划和执行，包括收集维护和维修信息，准备工作包、备件和材料，联系承包商和装备工具，在执行过程中进行安全管理，执行TAR和对承包商进行管理，以及验收。
6. Annual budget preparation.

7. Spare parts list and storage ration working-out and making up in time.

8. Reliability assessment, sustainment and improvement.

9. Instruct to mechanic for daily job

10.Workshop, lube oil station build up and daily management

11.Identify cost savings opportunities in spare parts by leveraging reverse engineering skills and experience to repair or make ourselves.

12.Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, reliability and cost of quality goals.

13.Create solid relationships with major machinery suppliers regionally. Insure the organization is keeping up with new machinery development and technology improvements.

14.Participate and coordinate the installation and startup of large rotating and reciprocating equipment for new plant installations and startup

15.Actively participate in CAPC safety programs, promote and enforce safety rules and good housekeeping methods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
1. Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent broad based technical skills in maintenance and operation of large rotating equipment.
较强的沟通能力，及在大型旋转设备维护和操作方面出色、广泛的专业技能。
2. Additional experience in maintenance, heat exchangers, pressure systems, process safety, mechanical integrity and work process management a strong plus.
此外，在维护、换热器、压力系统、工艺安全、机械完整性和工作流程管理方面具有经验者，将优先考虑。
3. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in rotating machinery, application and maintenance, engineering and / or operations roles needed.
在旋转机械运用和维护、工程设计和/或生产方面，至少具有5年以上的工作经验。
4. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in an Mechanical Engineering a minimum (higher level degree in Mechanical Engineering a plus)
至少拥有机械工程学士学位（拥有机械工程方面的更高学位优先）。
5. Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and a must with the ability to work cross culturally.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions required.

7. Experience in leading and guiding technical employees needed

8. Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time on annualized average, primarily in the home country, as needed.
