职位描述
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Operation preparation during plants construction, include documentation collection, related skills training, tools purchase, project acceptance, supplier and contractor contact and list preparation.
2. Routine inspection, map out related procedure
3. Troubleshooting, “on call” around the clock for emergency plant shutdown
4. Prevent/predictive maintenance system build up and daily maintenance.
5. TAR planning and execution, include maintenance and repair information collection, the preparation of job package, spare parts and material, contractor and tools, safety management during execution, TAR execution and contractor management, acceptance.
6. Annual budget preparation.
7. Spare parts list and storage ration working-out and making up in time.
8. Reliability assessment, sustainment and improvement.
9. Instruct to technician for daily job
10.analyzers system cabinet room daily management
11.Identify cost savings opportunities in spare parts by leveraging reverse engineering skills and experience to repair or make ourselves.
12.Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, reliability and cost of quality goals.
13.Create solid relationships with major analyzers suppliers regionally
14.Participate and coordinate the installation and start up of analyzers equipment for new plant installations and start ups
15.Actively participate in CAPC safety programs, promote and enforce safety rules and good housekeeping methods.
16.Foster and support positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
17.Promote an atmosphere of team spirit through good example, open communication, good listening, and timely problem resolutions.
18.Carry out tasks and requests from your manager in a timely and efficient manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent broad based technical skills in maintenance and operation of analyzers equipment.
2. Additional experience in maintenance, repair, C&I, process safety.
3. Minimum of 5+ years experience in analyzers application and maintenance, engineering and / or operations roles needed.
4. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in a analysis or C&I Engineering a minimum. Preferable in Automation, Chemical Engineering
5. Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and a must with the ability to work cross culturally.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions required.
7. Experience in leading and guiding technical employees needed
