职位描述
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
1. Respond to the Cost Accounting and reporting activities for all inventories and costing components for CAPC.
负责公司成本会计，记录并报告所有产品及成本组成。
2. Timely collection and review of production information including production volume, power cost, depreciation, labor cost and other overheads for month end closing.
及时收集并审查生产信息。其中包括产量，动力成本，折旧，人工成本以及其他费用，以便为月结做准备。
3. To provide accurate cost information to GL accountant to make sure that the closing report are completed timely and accurately and the closing inventory and production modules are input in the accounting system.
在财务系统中正确输入期末存货和生产模式，并向总账会计提供准确的成本信息以便确保月结报表的及时性及准确性。
4. Ensure necessary accounting entries are made in a timely manner to ensure costs are being captured and allocated.
准时编制会计分录以保证成本费用被体现及分配。
5. Prepare and submit the regular reports and provide necessary ad hoc cost analysis report as required and in a timely manner.
编制及提交常规报表以及及时提供临时需要的特殊成本费用统计报表。
6. Keep track of inventory levels if required, assists Finance Director in developing inventory control procedure and advise management regarding variances to objective.
及时跟踪存货量，协助财务总监开发存货控制程序以及提供目标差异的管理建议。
7. Ensure control processes are put in place and proper reviews, controls and provisions for inventory comply with PRC/US GAAP requirements.
对控制程序进行实施，审查，控制以及提供措施确保符合中国/美国会计准则的库存遵守要求。
8. Organize the annual physical inventory stock take.
组织年度实物盘存的库存盘点。
9. Provide necessary support to CAPC on the manufacturing cost control and decision support.
为公司生产成本控制及决策提供相应的协助与支持。
10.Be responsible for budget complied and budget distribution, forecast as well as implementation situation disclose.
负责预算执行情况，预算分配以及预测和执行情况披露。
11.Be responsible for Co module in SAP system and be appointed as power user.
作为ＳＡＰ系统成本模块的管理员负责此模块的相关事宜。
JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in Finance & Accounting with +5 years of work experience
要求金融和会计相关大学本科或硕士研究生，有大于５年的工作经验。
2. With hands-on experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting at least 3 years in a large manufacturing company
具有大型制造公司三年以上制造成本会计实践经验。
3. The experience in MNC of manufacturing company or a Certified Public Accountant (e.g. CICPA, ACCA ) will be plus.
拥有跨国生产制造公司经验以及注册公共会计师将优先。（如中国注册会计师，特许公认会计师）。
4. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to speak fluent Mandarin and English.
候选人须具有良好的人际交往能力以及能熟练掌握普通话与英文。
5. A solid working knowledge of computer programs such as Windows, Word, Excel, etc. is required.
要求熟练掌握包括Windows、Word和Excel等计算机程序。
